We partnered with DTCC’s Digital Assets team to support DTCC’s transition from traditional finance to digital assets, while delivering a best-in-class, blockchain-based platform and unified design system.

my role.

As Design Lead, I partnered with DTCC stakeholders to clarify goals, define design requirements, and translate strategic objectives into actionable design direction for my multidisciplinary team. I oversaw the rollout of a developer resource website and conducted a comprehensive audit of the marketing site, delivering recommendations to update its content to align with a highly-technical audience. I also guided the reskin of products within the digital asset space to match the updated design system. Additionally, I led research and strategy for a new blockchain tool, providing recommendations for its design and market rollout.

Worked across research, design and systems, and engineering to meet each team’s needs: from hands-on component building to achieving strategy-level alignment.

Conducted foundational user research with internal operators to deeply understand mental models in traditional system, using insights to inform future workflows that felt familiar and instilled confidence in users.

Implemented a design system to unify UI across multiple tools and platforms, enabling consistent delivery and a cohesive visual language for the DTCC Digital Asset product suite.

Supported the design and launch of developer resource website by overseeing feature design, coordinating with developers, and overseeing production role out.

Audited the Digital Asset team's website, identifying content redundancies and positioning opportunities to better serve a technical, developer-focused audience.

Led the requirement gathering and re-design of the website updating information architecture, incorporating new features, and improving visual design and layout for clarity and usability.
